Early morning flight south to the most magical place on Earth! This was the first time my partner has ever been to Walt Disney World, and I finally turned 21 so we were going to do the drink around the world at Epcot! We spent the rest of our day around the hotel, drinking and swimming in the outdoor pool.
The next day we drove down to Daytona Beach and checked out the local Flea Market. This market was so huge I got lost multiple times, it felt like it went on forever! We got some soaps and handmade items, and then made our way into the city. We walked around the bach and ate at Joe’s Crab Shack on the pier! We then made our way a lottle north to Orman Beach, a beach with natural rocks that have been carved out the waves. It was cool to explore all the liitle nooks and crannies of the rocks finding life inhabitants in the rocks.
Our third day was my partner’s first experience at Disney, we went to Hollywood Studios first, and they B-lined it for the Rock N’ Rollercoaster, I am NOT a thrill ride person so they went with my family. We met with my sister in StarWars Galaxies Edge, she used to work for Disney World so she was our tour guide! We got in lines and rode Star Tours, Smuggler’s Run, and Rise of the Resistance. We finished our day at Disney at the Stars Wars Cantina and had ‘Space’ drinks!
Our next adventure in Disney is our all day experience at Epcot. We started our worldly journey at the Mexico Pavillion. They had all types of Margaritas, so we naturally got all of them to try! We crossed over to Norway Pavillion and got slushies & pastries. We were on the run here, we had to get through so many Pavillions in little time! Epcot is a really big park! We got food in Canda, Cider & beers in England. We started to burn out when we got to Germany so we only got food and then sat in the Italy Pavillion. Our final stops were Japan & China, the two most beautiful Pavillions in Epcot in my humble opinion. Japan had this delicious violet Sake, if you ever go to Epcot, you should head straight to Japan! We ended our long day in Epcot with the fireworks show.
This was a really fun and relaxing getaway after finishing my third year at CCS.
